

Payment, Refund, Upgrading & Downgrading Policy
At Launchware LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and services. That is why we offer a clear and fair refund policy for all of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.
Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. However, in order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- No Access Policy: Once you have logged into and accessed the Launchware platform, you are no longer eligible for a refund. This ensures fair use of our software and prevents misuse of the refund policy.
- Coaching Calls & Account Manager Interactions: If you have attended any of our weekly coaching calls or received support from an account manager, you are not eligible for a refund. These services provide significant value, and engaging with them indicates usage of the product.
- Request Within 30 Days: The customer must submit a refund request via email to hello@launchware.co within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Administrative Fee: Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee of 10%.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment (e.g., credit card refunds will be processed to the same credit card).
- One-Time Payments: Purchases made as a one-time payment are non-refundable after 30 days and follow the same refund eligibility criteria as subscriptions.
Billing & Payment Terms
- A valid credit card is required for paying accounts.
- The Launchware Service is billed in advance in accordance with our pricing schedule.
- There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, annual payments, or unused months on an active account, except as outlined in the 30-day money-back guarantee.
- All fees are exclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, excluding U.S. (federal or state) income taxes.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your Launchware purchase and have not accessed the platform, attended any coaching calls, or engaged with an account manager, you may request a full refund within 30 days from your first payment. This applies to both subscriptions and one-time payments. To request a refund, email hello@launchware.co.
Once the 30-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued. However, you may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
